Applications are invited from eligible sportspersons who are Indian nationals for PB-1 in scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) for the year 2022-23 in South Eastern Railway for the vacancies indicated below :

Educational Qualification
- Matriculation Passed or ITI Passed or equivalent
Age Limits
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.07.2023. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Required minimum Sports Norms
a) Represented the Country in any of the Championships/events in the Commonwealth Championship (Junior/Senior Category)/Asian Championship/ Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category)/South Asian Federations (SAF) Games (Senior Category)/ USIC (World Railways) Championship (Senior Category)/ World University Games.
Or
b) At least 3rd Position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
Or
c) Represented a State equivalent Unit, excepted in Marathon and Cross Country with at least 8th position in Senior National Championship.
IMPORTANT : The applicant must have earned the achievements mentioned above, on or after 01.04.2020.

Alternatively, candidates can also drop their applications directly in the Drop Box placed at the office premises:

Examination Fees
The Examination fee as detailed below to be paid by way of IPO or Bank Draft. Date of issue of IPO / Bank Draft should not before the date of this notification.
For candidates belonging to UR/OBC Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only)
For candidates belonging to SC/ST/ Ex. Servicemen/Persons its Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities and Economic Backward Classes. Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two hundred Fifty only)
Bank Draft/IPO should be issued in favour of – FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach – 700043, payable at GPO/Kolkata.
