Indian Army Sports Quota Direct Havldar & Naib Subedar (Male/Female) Under Sports Quota Entry 2023
Indian Army invites online application from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for Recruitment Trials of Outstanding sportsperson who have participated at International/ Junior or Senior National Championship/ Khelo India Games/ Youth Games from 01 Oct 2021 to 30 Sep 2023 to join the Indian Army as Direct Entry Havildar and Naib Subedar in the following sports disciplines :

Eligibility Criteria
1. Direct Entry Havildar
Age
- (aa) The age limit for enrolment will be from 17 ½ to 25 years
- (ab) Date of Birth Block. Candidates born between 01 Mar 1999 to 30 Aug 2006 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum educational qualification will be matriculation.
Sports Achievements
Individual should be a Medalist at Junior/ Senior level by representing State in National competitions or have represented Country at International level (Indl event).
Individual should have represented a State or Country in National or International competitions at Junior/ Senior level (Team event). Individual should be a Medalist in Khelo India Games & Youth Games or Above Direct Entry Havildar.
2. Naib Subedar
Age Limit
- 17 ½ to 25 years
- Date of Birth Block. Candidates born between 01 Mar 1999 to 30 Aug 2006 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply
Educational Qualification
- Minimum educational qualification will be matriculation.
Sports Achievements
- Individual should be winner of any medal in World Championship Asian Championships.
- Individual should be winner of any medal in Asian Games.
- Individual should be winner of any medal in CWG/World Cup
- Represented India twice in Asian Games/ Commonwealth Games/World Cup
- Represented India in Olympics.
HOW TO APPLY
- Online Mode only
The application is to be submitted on A4 size paper only as per the given format. Only one application form is to be forwarded, candidates who send more than one application for the same entry will be disqualified. Forms to be downloaded from Internet.
The application form completed in all respect (signature, thumb impression & affixing photograph as mentioned in Para 27 (a) along with educational and sports achievement documents) are to be scanned and attached as one single PDF file which is to be sent on the official E-mail ID – redsports.01@gov.in in a single mail only. Repetition of mail from individual’s E-mail id or resubmission of same documents through different E-mail IDs is liable to be rejected. Incomplete application will not be accepted.
