RECRUITMENT AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA (OPEN ADVERTISEMENT) FOR THE YEAR 2021-22 IN THE DISCIPLINE OF VOLLEYBALL (MEN & WOMEN)
⏺️Sports Discipline :-
▶️ 1. Volleyball (Men) 1 Attacker 1 Blocker
▶️ 2. Volleyball (Women) 2 Blocker 1 All rounder
Total Vacancies :- 05 (Five)
⏺️Age Limit :-
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2022 i.e must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1997 and not later than 01/01/2004.
No age Relaxation (upper or lower) shall be permissible
⏺️Educational Qualification :-
Graduate in any discipline from a Recognised University for Level 4/5 Rs. 25500-81100 / Rs. 29200-92300
Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination. Educational Qualification must be from a Recognised Institution. For Level 2/3 Rs. 19900-63200 / Rs. 21700-69100
⏺️Sports Achievements :-
Only those sportspersons who have acquired the following sports achievement eligibility
norms in the championship from 01/04/2019 to 28/07/2021 and are active, will be eligible to apply for appointment against above posts under Sports Quota.
(A) Represented the Country in the World Cup (Junior/ Youth/Senior Category)/ World Championships (Junior/Senior Category)/ Asian Games (Senior Category) / Commonwealth Games (Senior Category)/Youth Olympics/Champions Trophy (Hockey )
OR
(B) At least 3rd position in the Commonwealth Championship (Junior/Senior Category / Asian Championship/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category)/South Asian Federation Games (Senior Category )/ USIC (World Railways) Championship (Senior Category ) /World University Games
OR
(C) At least 3″ Position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships
OR
(D)At least 3rd position in National Games organized under aegis of Indian Olympic Association
OR
(E) At least 3″ position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities
OR
(F) 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior category).
▶️Note :- in the game of Volleyball certificates issued by Volleyball Federation or its affiliated units after 25-06-2020 will not be considered for recruitment. However, Certificates issued under Aegis of Association of Indian Universities and the International Federations will be taken in to consideration.
