1. Digital Products – No Return or Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (PDFs, notes, and other downloadable content), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been purchased and downloaded. All sales are final.
2. Exceptions
In certain circumstances, we may offer a refund or replacement. These exceptions are:
- Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product (for example, a PDF or note that is different from the one you purchased), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will verify the issue and either issue a refund or send you the correct product.
- Corrupted or Inaccessible Files: If you encounter any technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and provide a new, accessible version of the product, or offer a refund.
- Technical Problems During Download: If there was a problem during the download process (for example, the download was interrupted due to a server issue), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will ensure that you are able to access your product.
3. Refund Process

- Order number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Any supporting documents (e.g., screenshots of errors, issues with the file)
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Non-refundable Circumstances
Please note, refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or if you no longer need the product
- Products that were downloaded or accessed
- Purchases made by mistake or unauthorized transactions
